I arrived at photography quite late in my life, but fortunately passion has no time limit.

I first picked up a camera when I was 28, little thinking that I would soon decide to never put it down again.

Photographing has become something that goes quite beyond simply capturing an image and it has deeply changed how I experience life and those around me.

I am the kind of photographer who likes to take pictures of people and I attempt to improve my sensitivity on a daily basis so that I am able to delve more deeply into their inside image.

In the last two years i've shooted for several magazines such as Max Ucraina, GQ Russia, The New York Times, Vogue Russia, Vision, World Business News, Pink, Zoom, Drome and several others.

I'm represented by SiePhoto (Rome) and some of my images are in the Corbis and Masterfile collections.

I was born in Cognac, France in 1972. I have a wonderful family, a few good friends and a girlfriend that I love. I live and work in Rome.

You have an amazing gallery and a lot of natural talent.

What were you doing before you took up photography?

I went to an art gallery today and noticed at the door they had written on a sign - Painting, Photography, Sculptures, etc. Inside they only had paintings and some sculptures. I spoke with a man who ran the gallery and I asked him if there were any upcoming photographic exhibitions? His response was "Everybody has a camera these days, why would people buy photos...". This was quite disheartening.... As a professional Photographer, do you see any future in it?

We are in an historic period of democratization of photography.

This is a good thing because technology is giving to everybody the possibility to express themeself :)

Professional photography is something else.
